1.  Coach classes hosted by SASC will prioritize attendees who are SASC and MVLA (Foothill League) Competitive Team Head Coaches who are required to advance to E/D licensing by CYSA-North District 2.
2.  Other coaches (Competitive Assistant Coaches, Class IV/Recreational Coaches or those outside FYSL) can also sign up, but priority will be given to the above coaches if attendance is at the maximum size.  These other coaches will be wait-listed.
3.  Coaches wanting to attend must send in a request email to the Coaching Director (competitive@sunnyvalesoccerclub.org), who will then put their name on the list and send instructions for sending in the deposit.  Those requesting a class should send in their team/club/league affiliation information which will be confirmed.
4.  All coaches accepted by email are required to send in a $50 deposit made out to "SASC".  This deposit will be LOST if the coach CONFIRMS for the class, does not cancel at 2 weeks before the class start, and then is a no-show at the class.  The deposit will NOT be lost if it was sent in earlier, but then attendance is canceled by email to the Coaching Director (competitive@sunnyvalesoccerclub.org) before the 2 week deadline.  Anyone confirmed then attending will have their deposit returned or shredded, as requested.
5.  If requesting a spot but informed the class is full, will get you put on the waiting list and a deposit is not required.  You will be notified if a spot opens up due to cancellations.  You can also come by the first class (Friday night) to "audit" and see if anyone is a no-show, to be able to take their seat.  Those "auditing" will be prioritized by order of original request and wait-listing, those wait-listed taken before anyone showing up without prior request.
