All refund requests must be made in writing. Please state your child's full 
name, birth date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds take up to 3 weeks 
to process.

Refund Amount
  Full amount of registration fee less $30 handling fee if request is received 
  on or before August 30, 2009.
  Between September 1 and September 10, refunds will be granted only with 
  extenuating circumstances.
  No refund available after September 11, 2009.
  Please Note - The late fee is refundable only if SASC is unable to place your 
  child on a team due to space constraints.
