SASC Recreational Soccer Player Registration

This information is for Recreational Soccer Player registration only.

Important: Online player registration must be completed by the child's parent/legal guardian; no one else can complete a player's registration on their behalf.

Registration Information - Spring 2021 Season


  • Registration is now closed for the Spring 2021 season
  • The waitlist is also closed


  • 8 week season:
    • First game: 4/10/21
    • Last game: 6/5/21   (No games on Memorial day weekend)
  • There will be no make-ups scheduled for canceled games

Age Groups / Team Formation (NEW)

  • 6U : Clinics and Games
    • Teams of ~6 players plus a parent/volunteer coach
    • 60 minute Saturday sessions:
      • First half - clinic/practice run by a SASC professional coach assisted by the volunteer coach
      • Second half - 4v4 game, run by the volunteer coach
    • Minimum age 5 (i.e. players must be born between 1/1/2015 - 4/1/2016 inclusive)
    • Younger players will be considered if a parent also registers as the team coach
  • 8U : In-house games
    • Each team will have a parent/volunteer coach
    • Games are 4v4, no goalie
    • For players born in 2014 and 2013
  • 10U+ : In-house games
    • Each team will have a parent/volunteer coach
    • Age divisions formed will depend on registration numbers
    • Games are 7v7 (including goalie) unless registration allows the formation of larger teams
    • For players born 2012 and earlier
  • Teams are formed based on friend requests, coach requests and neighborhoods. We make every effort to accommodate all requests.

Coaches needed

  • Our program relies on volunteer coaches, please consider volunteering to coach your child's team
  • Coaches receive in-person training before the season as well as ongoing support throughout the season
  • All required equipment is provided (plus a SASC hat/shirt to keep)
  • (NEW) Head coaches receive a 50% discount on registration fee!
    • Issued after season starts and successful completion of mandated registration events

Registration Fees

  • 6U: $140
  • 8U+: $160
  • Registration fee includes a complete uniform
  • Financial Aid is available. Please review eligibility and submit a request on the SASC Financial Aid page before registering

Required paperwork

  • Proof of age documentation is required for all new players to SASC. You will receive a separate emailed request to upload it if required.
    • A copy of the child's birth certificate or a copy of the photo page of their passport must be uploaded to the registration website. No hospital certificates or foreign language birth documents are accepted. Please contact if your birth document is only available in a foreign language.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • I understand that registering my child is a commitment to the program. Refunds are only available if an appropriate team cannot be formed for my child or if my child is injured. Refunds due to injury will require a doctor's note and will be prorated based on date of injury
  • All refund requests must be made in writing at:
  • Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process
  • Players who register for the SASC Recreational program and move to a SASC Competitive program must email and submit a refund request
  • For non-standard refunds, we reserve the right to charge a 5% processing fee
