Format/Registration Fee:
US Soccer Birthyear format for all age groups - 2024/25 age matrix
U8-U10 (7v7) : $750
U11-U12 (9v9) : $850
U13-U14 (11v11) : $950
U15-U19 (11v11) : $995
Application Deadline:
- September 12, 2024
- Additional late fee of $75 after 9/12/24, teams accepted on space-available basis only
Withdrawal from Tournament:
- Withdrawal penalty of $100 between 9/13/24 and 9/14/24
- No refund for withdrawals after 9/14/24
Tournament Details:
- Sanctioning - USYSA and USCS
- Any passes accepted - CYSA, USClub, AYSO, etc.
- Always great referee crews!
- Awards given to teams that place 1st and 2nd, and winners of 3rd Place Consolation Game
- Three matches guaranteed
- Teams will only be charged after they are accepted
- Travel distance and Coach conflicts are priorities when scheduling games
- Credit Card preferred - no CC premium!

Guest players (see rules for complete details):
- Teams are allowed a maximum of 7 guest players (regardless of age group)

A guest player is any player that is not listed on your official Team Roster.
The soccer age of the guest player must be the same soccer age or younger than the age of the bracket the team is playing in.
Stay & Play Tournament
This is a "Stay & Play" tournament.
Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club has worked with Traveling Teams to arrange hotel room availability for all teams participating in the 2023 Sunnyvale Medina Fall Classic Tournament.
Teams using hotel rooms are required to obtain them from our approved hotels, using the group reservation procedure established by Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club and Traveling Teams.
